Shipping Info: We ship as fast as we can, usually within one day of payment. We maintain stock in two Western US locations to ensure we have the ability to fulfill your order without delay. We use only the highest quality mailers we can find, sent using the fastest shipping service we can afford at our posted shipping rates. If the shipping cost for some reason exceeds that amount, we will eat that overage within reason.
Return Policy: If any downloaded file is received with issues, we will send a new one in the format of the customer’s choice ASAP.

If any CD is defective, we will mail out a replacement ASAP.
